Pastor Micker was born in Easton, PA in 1973 and moved to Deer Park, TX in 1980. He and his wife Amy have been married for 21 years and have two children, Reagan and Asher. God called Micker to the Ministry at a young age but he strayed away from the Faith until rededicating his life to the Lord in 2012. Since then he has cultivated this revelation of “Intimacy” from the Lord that has transformed his life, and he is dedicated to sharing this revelation with the Body of Christ. He has a Ministry degree from Bridal Glory International Academy and has been in full time ministry since 2021.
Pastor Micker has a powerful testimony in which God delivered him from years of drug and alcohol abuse, and now preaches freedom in Christ. 2 Corinthians 3:17 “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Freedom.” He firmly believes that the foundation of a believers walk is based on two things…”Identity” and “Intimacy” backed up by the Word of God. If we can actually see ourselves as God sees us and walk in the truth of who we have been created to be, we will separate ourselves from this fallen world system and take our rightful position as a King and Priest in the Kingdom of Heaven.
1 Peter 2:9 says “You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His Glorious light.”
There is an open invitation to come join us at In His Presence Fellowship to run this race together as we “Press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:14.
Angie Hughes was born in Pasadena, Texas in 1972, and grew up in Friendswood, Texas. She has been married to her husband, Brian for over 20 years and they have two children – Jeffrey and Gabrielle.
Though Angie grew up in a Christian home she did not receive Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior until meeting Brian and His family. They explained the Gospel to her in such a way that she finally understood….Jesus is God! This revelation has transformed her and brought her into what is now a lifelong search to “know Him and the power outflowing from His resurrection” (Philippians 3:10).
She began ministering through Praise and Worship and since has worked with the youth group, counsels, serves as a chaplain with the Deer Park police department, teaches Sunday school classes, and preaches.
She was ordained as a minister by Pastor Rick Brown in July of 2013 and earned a Bachelors Degree in Ministry by Christian Leadership University in August of 2019.
Angie openly shares her history with drug and alcohol abuse and a lifestyle contradictory to all she values today. As she has found forgiveness and purpose her hope is to help others do the same as well as let each and every one know “God did not send His Son into the world to judge us, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him (John 3:17).”
